TIPS TO ENSURE THAT YOUR EXQUISITE JEWELRY LASTS A LIFETIME:
Bambana accessories are handmade by two designers to supply an individual demand. Therefore, our pieces are genuinely unique, with personalities of their own. A lot of our pieces include real baroque pearls which will be frail in nature.
All jewelry is vulnerable to the distress of the daily living. That being said, our jewelry is not supposed to be precious but like a human; be imperfect and a little beat up. We love a little wearer’s character in them. To keep your Bambana in the best shape, individually store it in the included dust bag to avoid breakage, tangling or scratching. Protect your layer of gold by exposing it to only PH neutral proximity (including perspiration), and wiping it with a soft cloth and store. Bambana pieces can’t swim. so we reccomend not wearing them to the beach, pool or shower. Avoid close contact to fragrances and extreme temperatures. Please expect some natural tarnishing over time and wear

(no, we don’t keep a stock). The studio is made up of two women who hand make your accessories with utmost care. Please allow 3-10 business days for your piece to be made before it ships out.
US SHIPPING: Shipments are made through USPS or UPS. Once and item has been shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace any packages that have been confimed as delivered. If a package
gets lost in transit, we will do everything in our power to help you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are currently not openly shipping outside of the U.S., but we can most definitely come to an agreement with an interested international buyer.

Our jewelry is delicate, and frail: we are happy to repair most manufacturing faults*. Please e-mail or DM us a picure of your damaged jewelry to discuss your options.
Due to the uniqueness, one-of a kind nature of our materials, and our handmade-to-order apprroach , all items are final sale and we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

**Manufacturing faults DO NOT include: broken chain, cracked , chipped or broken pearl, gemstone or pendant; general wear and tear including items that have been bent, snapped, twisted, oxidized or on which the plating is fading.
If you’re shipping a faulty item, a refund will be given upon inspection of the item or a repair will undergo if so needed. If you’re shipping for repair or refund, please send the item in the original packaging or ina hard case to prevent crushing while in delivery service. Items that are incorrectly packaged and therefore broken in delivery will not be accepted. If the items shows wear and tear due to mishandling, they will not be considered faulty and therefore
will not be accepted.
